First Residents Move in to “Chorus”, 14 Park Crescent, Pymble

Residents have now started moving into HYG’s newest completed project Chorus, located in Sydney’s upper north shore. 

Not long after receiving Occupation Certificate in May 2021, Ken and Wendy Long were the first of ten residents to move into Chorus. “We love being on this side of Pymble and not being surrounded by so many apartments! Living here allows us to experience the bush with close proximity to shops and the train station,” said Ken. 

Like many of the other purchasers, the couple downsized from their 500sqm home into their brand-new light filled 3-bedroom apartment with park and district views. Another benefit of living in Pymble, is that it offers rare access to a long list of Sydney’s most prestigious independent schools.
