Cottee Parker was selected by the judging panel through a rigorous design competition process as the winning design against 3 other top Architectural firms. After being named the winner, HYG worked in partnership with Cottee Parker to bring the project to life and was engaged to oversee every stage of the construction process including design development and coordination, construction documentation, and during construction. The fruitful collaboration ensures this collection of residential and retail spaces in the heart of Sydney is set to become one of the city’s most esteemed properties.
